The System Support Analyst I plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and issue resolution for Intelerad's enterprise medical imaging solutions, requiring diagnosing complex system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance for healthcare clients.

Handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization’s network systems. Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions primarily consisting of COTS tools such as Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc. Maintain ALS system infrastructure leveraging on-premise and AWS cloud platforms. Perform system maintenance including backups, software updates, and system monitoring.

Support a strategic client engagement as a Senior Infrastructure Architect. This role will focus on reviewing and enhancing the client’s Microsoft ecosystem, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring alignment with best practices and optimal value from existing support contracts, and will lead architecture, design, planning, and build of a new Hyper-V cluster managed via SCVMM.
